Once Upon A Time Somebody Ran

Yep, that's right in case you hadn't guessed it, it's a Cinderella picture! I was listening to Coldplay's 'Princess of China' (on repeat because it's an amazing song and I got it stuck in my head for ages!) and they made me think of Cinderella running away from the palace. The title is one of the lyrics from it, as are the words on the page.
This took forever to do! Mainly because I couldn't draw her face right first and then I couldn't work out what I was going to draw in the background.
In the end, I had the idea of her running out of a picture in a fairytale book with the lyrics beside it. Her look is based on the Disney version but my pale blue pen's run out so I decided to change the colour of it to purple but I think it still works
I'm planning on drawing a Part 2 to this - with the Prince so I should have that up soon...just need to draw it first...
Done in promarkers with a white highlighter pen (that kept on spilling everywhere so the white effects aren't as good as on my other pictures)
