Jane Eyre: After The Wedding

So a year ago I bought a beautiful copy of Jane Eyre because I've been wanting to read it for ages, anyway, the final year of Uni got in the way and I didn't have time to read it until a few weeks ago - it took me a while to get into but then I got hooked and I loved it! It was a lot less depressing than I thought it was going to be and I really loved Jane's personality and, of course, her relationship with Mr Rochester (I cried like a baby at the end when they were reunited!). So I actually wanted to draw a happier picture of them but when I finished the book, this was the image that came into my head, of Rochester waiting outside Jane's door after their interrupted wedding and her being all heartbroken on the other side - not very happy I know but I will draw a happier one of them soon! Their appearances not based on any particular film/TV adaptation and they haven't really come out how I pictured them in my head but I quite like it anyway
